This is a good old fashioned anti-capitalist banger. The war is the rat race, and the orchestrators are CEOs and the politicians that profit from us.

There's a lyrical reference to "Cold Cash, Colder Hearts" by Thrice.

This was the first song on the album where I attempted prominent harsh vocals, something I didn't know I could pull off until I tried.
